Stubben are famous for their range of show jumping and dressage saddles. Looking firstly at the show jumping saddles, the Genesis CS new will set you back £1250. It has a half-deep seat, front and rear blocks and extra close contact short panels. Offering a flatter seat is the Edelweiss NT and this saddle will set you back £1220 new. Both are available in Black, Ebony, Havana and Tobacco colours. A deeper seat is available with the Roxane S Jump. This model is also cut more forward and retails for £1295. It is available only in in Black, Ebony and Havana colours.
Stubben are also known for the finest dressage saddles. Look out for the Genesis D, which has an extra deep seat and new will set you back £1550.

Buying one these saddles new is not for the faint hearted. Buying a second hand saddle is generally a less intimidating prospect all round but, frankly, with leather saddles of this quality, if you can find one that has been looked after properly, it will be in outstanding condition. Much like a Mercedes Benz with a full dealer service history!
